10am to 2.30pm- Check in, register and purchase your T-shirt ($20) or singlet ($19).

12.30pm - Lunch will be served

2.30pm - Run commences followed by the circle

6.00pm - Cool refreshments followed by Great Nosh and live entertainment by "ROSS RIVER FEVER"
